Cleo's 50 Most Eligible Bachelors Party

Okay so I finally managed to gather most of the pictures from Cleo's 50 Most Eligible Bachelors Party (Thanks to Rae, Maine and of course, myself hehe).

The night was overall pretty insane.

Some of us (RAZ) got super sick after. Yeah who asked you to start drinking at 11 AM?

Well actually, I shouldn't say it was just Raz seeing how Christian (the grand prize winner of Cleo's 50 Most Eligible Bachelors) called me puke girl on the way from sending him home. Hehe. Yeah, me and ayin sent Christian home. I know where he lives ladies.

But who cares where he lives cos yeah, I got sick too. *sniff sniff* :(

In the words of that dude from Eurotrip "I'm never drinking again..." hehe.

And in the words of I don't know who "never say never..." so so true.

So here are some pics of the night that are worth looking at! Yaayyy!

You Will Be Mine, Oh Yes, You Will Be Mine

I just got this Mp4 player from Ebay Malaysia. Looks like an iPod wannabe kan? Whatever. It's also less than half of what an iPod costs. And mind you, this is an mp4 player. Not an iPod but a ChiPod. Hehe.

The first time I bought something from ebay was like back in 2005 using Eliza's (my Aussie friend who was an exchange student at UVic) credit card.

But with Ebay Malaysia, you don't need a credit card. Maybank2u is good enough!

It's a bad thing really cos now I am addicted.

And at approximately 10.58 am Malaysian time today I will be owning this:

I need help.

My New Job Gives Me Weapons!

I love my new job. My boss is awesome! he makes me want to become a lawyer.

EW. No that's not true.

Hehe.

Anyways, working here has been fun. You never go hungry because they always have food, the location is also so convenient to buy good food and it's very easy to find transport around here!

Like today, even though the Putra LRT bailed on me I managed to catch those old skool busses (not the pink ones though :p) that stopped directly in front of my office! Yaaayyy!

And recently, I received my first evAr weapon! Yeah! Awesome!

My first ever weapon. A custom made swiss army knife!

The funny thing is this month is also our U-See-U-Act campaign which promotes safety. So like, we have to report any hazardous things that people are doing around the office in this piece of paper and give it to this dude who's like uber tall and happens to be the supervisor for this whole campaign.

Me and Rae already did ours and I think we're like the most enthusiastic ones for this campaign. I'd say "safety safety!" to everything we're about to do. Hehe.

I'm usually against possession of weapons but I always always always wanted one of these for convenience reasons and now I have one! Yay!

Thanks Offshore Works! :)

Starting Summer With My New "Friends"...

To me, summer has begun but unfortunately it's not going to be as fun as it was last summer. The reason it isn't going to be as fun is because a lot of my favorite people aren't going to be here for summer! :(

I mean don't get me wrong, there are still quite a few of my favourite people who are here this summer but you know, just not as many.

So it has become sad indeed and due to that I have turned to my new friends, CLOTHES.

Haha. Yes, when I am sad and trying to get rid of all the crappy thoughts in my head I buy clothes, accessories and shoes.

I recently discovered that it runs "in the family". And when I mean "in the family" I mean Ira my "mummy" has been going through the same shit as me! Ha! Now I know where I got this I-can't-stop-buying-something-syndrome.

Most girls would love to admit that they love to shop. But I bet they don't realize how dangerous being a shoppoholic is. Dum Dum Duuuummmm!!!

Imagine living in a house full of unnecessary things. Imagine having so many shoes and no space to sleep. Imagine your room filled with a hurricane of clothing that you no longer have a place to take a bath cos your tub is just filled with clothes.

Sigh.

I live in a cupboard. Like, literally. My room is the size of some people's closet. And with my excessive amount of shopping, clothes are starting to pile up OUTSIDE of my cupboard. I need help. Can someone please forward this post to Oprah so she can revamp my room or something? Hehe.

I'm kidding.

Anyways, because I have this syndrome I decided to buy 2 bikinis and 2 dresses from H&M which hopefully will be purchased really soon before my "mummy" gets back from London. Please mum, buy them for me for they will be my new found friends! I'm so mellow-d (mellow dramatic)! Hehe.

cutest bikini evAr!

zebra print oh so hot
soooooo niccceee!

this can go well with so many things

They are so cute don't you think? I am so going to look cute this summer. Yay!

A Chilly Story by Nadzirah Hashim

Okay, so I was talking to Rakella the other day and she introduced to me this website called YouthMalaysia.com.

The reason she introduced me to this site was so perhaps I could you know, give some contribution to this site. It seems like a pretty cool idea to me but I am still technically not ready to embark on that journey yet due to some of my somewhat "controversial" posts you know?

But whatever. It's called freedom of speech GOVERNMENT.

Anyways, I went through some of the people's erm, fuckspots and they were pretty interesting. Like this one girl wrote about how much she preferred KL to Melbourne. That's thoughtful.

And then this other dude wrote about what I am about to talk about today!

Warning : Tis' a chilling story. BE WARNED! for spines will shiver and you might not be able to sleep at night...

Nadzirah Hashim Presents:

Nadzirah Hashim's Very Own Theory On How to Avoid Ghosts in a Creepy Hotel (Inspired by thc86's How to Avoid Ghosts in Hotel)

It was early in the morning as Nadzirah arrived Chiang Kai Shek International Airport looking dazed and confused. Her eyes were half open as she looked out window. The plane touched the ground. She looked around to see some people looking out their window. Some were still asleep and some were just reading the morning paper. "One more day and I'm home" she said to herself as she closed her eyes again.

It seemed like only a brief moment and she opened her eyes again to find that the plane was no longer filled with people. In fact, it was completely empty!

"Shit! Where the hell is everybody?" she panicked.

Immediately she got out of her seatbelt and grabbed her belongings scrambling towards the plane's exit. As she rushed out towards the exit she wondered why had none of the stewardesses awaken her to leave the plane. Strange, she thought.

She arrived at the transit counter and no one there seemed to be able to help her. With her dazed and panicked brain everything seemed scattered and unfamiliar. Right that second she wished she spoke Mandarin because everyone there, barely spoke English.

After waiting for several minutes, she finally found a person who could vaguely direct her to where she was to go in order to get to the transit hotel that her flight itinerary had requested her to go to and even with those directions, she still got lost.

Lost, Panicked and Confused she broke down in the middle of the airport crying. Luckily, her best friend's father knew his way around the airport. Irregardless of the time being 5.30 am she phoned Kuala Lumpur for help.

The call was comforting and she found her way to her hotel. "Phew! What a relief" she thought.

****

After what seemed awhile Nadzirah arrived at the hotel that she was to stay in. "Ergh. Old Hotels. Gross" she muttered to herself.

She checked in and took the dim lit elevator to her room.

Because the weather was so hot (well, according to people who hadn't been in the heat for a long time) Nadzirah came in and didn't really notice how dimly lit the hotel room seemed. She went straight for the air condition and put it on full blast, plonked her stuff on one of the two beds and straight away took a shower.

But in the shower, she realized how the toilet looked like a scene from a you-know-something-creepy-is-lurking-here movie. Nonetheless she was just too tired she didn't really care. "Besides, it's daylight. What ghosts come out during daylight?" she said to herself assuringly.

The day went on and nothing happened. Nadzirah spent her afternoon walking around Taipei town. She discovered that it was very polluted and filled with scooters.

She came back to her hotel room that evening feeling absolutely tired and ready to sleep. She was kinda sorta jet lag as well. As dusk came she realized how dimly lit this hotel room seemed to be. "Ergh. Smells old too", she thought.

Minding her own business she lay down on her bed watching the telly. She was about to doze off when suddenly the light by the dressing table started to flicker. Her body felt a sudden wake.

She remembered in that movie Gothika that when the lights flicker it meant a "presence" had arrived. She felt her heart skip a beat. And then she remembered the stories she heard about a particular haunted hotel in Taiwan. Apparently this hotel had crazy incidents happen like a funeral procession would walk right through your bedroom etc etc. And so she immediately assumed without a doubt that this had to be THAT hotel and that she was about to get disturbed.

She didn't really know what to do. She didn't want to start being scared and cry. She could have always recited religious words from the holy Quran but she decided maybe she should do something that might shock the "presence".

STRIP.

Yeah, strip butt naked. Because the "presence" would probably be shocked at a naked girl walking around the hotel room.

At least, that was her logic. And so she did. She eventually fell asleep with the lights and tv on. But she felt safe and secure knowing she was nude on the bed. She felt the "presence" didn't have any reason to disturb a naked person.

The next day all was fine and she took her plane back to KL.

The End.

****

The moral of the story is: When afraid just give it all you got and suprise the thing you're afraid of by doing something unexpected. Chances are it'll all turn out fine. Hehe. This dude ought to insert my naked ghost story in his fuckspot don't you think? :D

Fin.

Please play with my pets.

This llama's name is Tina. Tina enjoys walks on the beach, playing ping pong and eating ham. She dislikes people who think Justin Timberlake is hot and hates Lindsay Lohan.

This is my other pet and his name is Sonic. Please play with him too. Sonic likes to read. His favourite books are Interview With The Vampire and He's Just Not That Into You. Sonic dislikes brocolli and blue cheese.

So play with them and if you see the right hand corner where it says "more", you can click on it and you can feed them! Have fun!

Looking For A Chinese Jew

You know, my random thoughts have gone far. But recently my random thoughts came to whether Chinese Jews existed, or not?

It's a simple question really.

It all came to my mind when one night me and my sister were making stupid funny accent jokes and then I thought, wouldn't it be interesting to meet a Chinese Jew who still maintained the I-cannot-pronounce-the-letter-L accent.

Instead of:

Shalom!

They'd say:

SHARRRRRROMMMMM!

Hehe.

And instead of your usual New Yorker Jewish Oi!

They'd say, Aiy!

A Jewish Chairman Mao Playing Ping Pong By Nadzirah Hashim

And if you think about it, the Chinese culture is SO different as to compare with the children of Israel you know?

Alas, my quest to meet a Chinese Jew with an I-cannot-pronounce-the-letter-L accent began.

So I looked up "Chinese Jews" on google and Wikipedia gave me an interesting answer. Apparently there WERE Chinese poeple who were Jewish! I repeat WERE.

According to Wikipedia,

"A Jewish community with a synagogue, built in 1163, existed at Kaifeng from at least the Southern Song Dynasty until the late nineteenth century. Some accounts suggest they in fact had lived there since the mid Han Dynasty.

It is surmised that the ancestors of the Kaifeng Jews came from Central Asia. The uninterrupted existence of this religious and ethnic group, lasting for more than 700 years in totally different socio-cultural surroundings strongly dominated by Confucian moral and ethical principles, is a unique phenomenon, not only in Chinese history, but also in the thousands of years of Jewish civilisation."

I was like HOLY CRAP! thats awesome! But then I read on and,

"Although the Kaifeng Jews experienced neither discrimination nor persecution from their Chinese neighbors, a process of gradual assimilation went on. Up to the 17th century, the assimilation of the Kaifeng Jews intensified and escalated. It resulted in changes in Jewish religious and ritual customs, social, and linguistic traditions, as well as increased intermarriage between Jews and other ethnic groups, such as the Han Chinese, and the Hui and Manchu minorities in China. In the 1860s, the Jewish synagogue in Kaifeng collapsed as it had long been in disrepair. As a consequence, Jewish religious life, together with the Jewish identity in the community, effectively came to an end."

Then I was like, AAAAWWW.

I was quite disappointed. I still am actually. I really really really want to meet a Chinese Jew with an I-cannot-pronounce-the-letter-L accent! Hehe.

But alas, my quest has come to a halt. Unless anyone knows where I can find what I am looking for. Yes? No? Maybe?

Well, just remember this, if you EVER come across over the internet/or even better, MEET a Chinese Jew with an I-cannot-pronounce-the-letter-L accent, PLEASE CALL ME!

Thanks!

"Naturally Trippy"

You Are Surrealism

Dreamy and idealistic, you've created a world that is all your own.
It's very likely that you've either dabbled in drugs or are naturally trippy.
You are always trying to push beyond the boundaries of your culture and society.
You believe that art, love, and freedom can change the world.

I stole this from Audra's fuckspot. I like the words, "naturally trippy". Hehe. It Tickled my brain because people have always said to me that they like getting high when I'm around because they say my imagination is out of whack. Hehe. Naturally Trippy.

That tickles me. Hehe.

Malaysia's Indie Music Industry

Last Saturday I went to Alexis in G.E Mall to meet up with an old friend.

At the same time I managed to watch the Songwiters' Round which featured people like Pete Teo (who apparently won 3 AIM awards recently. Erm, that was really something I didn't know), Reza Salleh (who can can sing and holy crap most of his songs are really MEANINGFUL to me. I basically dig his vibe. Oh, and he's kinda cute too. Hehe.), Azmyl Yunor (who is a freakin' awesome lyricist) and Jerome Kugan (who's voice is so melodious and is probably an acquired taste for many).

It was overall a really good catching up session with my old friend Michelle while listening to awesome indie music by these people. Michelle's girl Izzy also did a performance when the open mic session began. She's got such a sweet voice it's really worth listening to. And then there was Mia Palencia. BLOODY HELL she can sing!!! Amazing lyricist as well. She was once in a jazz band called Double Take and I totally always loved them but I didn't know that she's now doing her own thing. Nonetheless, still AWESOME!

Anyways, the point is, there are some REALLY good Malaysian musicians out there. I'm amazed I haven't heard this stuff on the radio. I mean, it's so damn good!!!

So what do we have to do to let big conglomerate Radio stations like Astro play these artists music?

I mean, they're pleasant to listen to, so why can't they play it? I mean, Malaysia isn't THAT big you know. I believe there is still that chance for many talented artists to make it. We're not in the States where the amount of talented people is triple the amount you know what I mean?

Like it's so damn hard to make it big in Hollywood. But it can't be THAT hard trying to make it in KL can it?

So why can't the big record labels in Malaysia sign them? Is it cause they're afraid that these artists won't bring much profit for them?

Or perhaps these artists don't want to sign with any labels and remain in the indie scene. Or do they?

Or is it the people in Malaysia? Do they not enjoy this kind of music? Am I one of those minorities in Malaysia who enjoy this shit?

Anyways, this post is just to show my support towards these people. You guys ought to check them out too. I like their music because it's so, KL. It really is. I feel the Malaysian vibe when I hear it. So nice. So home.

So awesome.

Happy 100th Post!!!

OMG LOL WTF BBQ LMAO!!!oneonE!!1

Hehe.

It's amazing. I've written 100 posts in this freakin' fuckspot *pats self on the shoulder*.

For many this is no biggie but like I said: I love me and only me. NOT YOU. But me.

So this post deserves the best self-absorbing tender loving care that I can give because you know, it's all about me. Hehe.

I went through my posts to see what I had written about in the past 99, so I decided to pick my top 10 favourite posts. It was difficult to choose really. But alas these are my personal favourites:

10) Sexual Oppression in Saman makes me remember how I was so into my South East Asian studies class. It was freakin' awesome. I really miss that class.

9) Experiment A reminds me of that time I was so in love with this dude in my uni. Oh man, he's so hot I was willing to come up with crazy ideas to talk to him. Hehe.

8) Naz's New Found Mission was an attempt that didn't need to be executed. Thank God for that.

7) The Canada Story is such a detailed story of how I got into uni. Hehe. It was an awesome story.

6) Malaysia's Entertainment Industry - need I say more? hehe.

5) Know Your England is a funny bitchy post that I still enjoy reading every now and then. I tickle myself with my insensitive comments. People must hate me. Hehe.

4) Happy 50th Post shares a very creative story by me. I like this post cos its so whack, like me.

3) I can't even begin to give title this post but it was the night I decided to fuckspot while drunk with Kristin on Captain Morgan's spiced rum. Sigh. Good times!

2)Have You Got The Juice? You ought to have some!

1) And last but not least, my most creative post evAr (in my opinion that is), click here to find out how much of a net freak you are!!! yayy!!!

Woohoo!

And here are some of those posts of which got nominated but didn't quite make it.
Hope you guys (whoever you guys are) have enjoyed (and hopefully are still enjoying) my fuckspot. For those of you who do not understand why I call this thing a fuckspot instead of a blogspot, well, it's cos blog sounds like snot to me (don't ask why but it just does).

Thanks for all the comments. Keep em' coming cos I always enjoy reading them! :)

Madan

Martin Solveig's version of Madan is so freakin' awesome but I swear it's Salif Keita's voice that I like as well as the lyrics. If you actually listen to the women sing it sounds like they're saying:

"orang dah nak balik orang dah nak balik orang dah nak balik dah orang dah nak balik, silakan lah balik silakan lah balik silakan lah balik lah silakan lah balik"

Hehe. It's funny cos it completely sounds Malay!

But I'm sure they weren't singing that.

So I tried to figure out what the lyrics was. I also wanted to translate it but its this language called Bambara which isn't exactly your typical widely spoken language. I mean, you can't just find it on freetranslation.com you know? Its actually a language from Mali which is where Salif Keita is from.

Anyways, this is what they're actually singing:

O laka lamma le
O laka lamma le
O laka lamma le dja
O laka lamma le
Se jolaka lamma le
Se jolaka lamma le
Se jolaka lamma le dja
Se jolaka lamma le

Ah, it makes sense now I guess. Wish I knew someone who spoke Bambara now. :)

And I must say the original version is pretty darn good too!

Hope you enjoy the song!

Mon Amour

These days I can be so gedik.

It's probably due to the fact that I've been heavily infatuated with someone. Names shall not be mentioned but I guess everyone close to me would already know who this person is.

Sigh.

If only you were here.

There's not much to fuckspot on when it comes to this person. I mean, what is there to say? He's awesome and that's all that matters.

Oui mon amour, je pense que je suis fou pour toi mais tu n'est pas ici. tu me manque beaucoup et je t'attendrai mais je ne sais pas jusqu'à quand.

Oh, Merde.

Fuckin' Over-Anal-lyzer

Recently I came to realize something about me. I fuckin' over-analyze all the fuckin' time.

Oh don't think I'm mad or anything. I'm just annoyed with myself. I see and read into things too much and don't chill enough. I hate letting it be just like that. I always want it to have some hidden meaning when sometimes, it just doesn't have any.

And honestly? I think it's fuckin' contradictory for me to be saying all this considering I always like to say "chill".

Oh God here I fuckin' go again. STOP IT!

What made me realize this?

Well, it probably has to do with the fact that recently, things in my life have been pretty insane. And I'm trying to find the root into everything that caused such things to happen and whether everything that had happened has changed any of my current situations.

As an over-analyzer, every single word said matters, every little gesture could mean something, every little situation that happened has its reasons beyond its reasons that it all becomes one giant pile of mess.

But then I am lucky.

Lucky to have certain people who make me realize sometimes we just need to let it be. That risks should be taken. That things could just be like that. That there's no hidden meaning and that it's just how it is.

Of course, as an Over-Anal-lyzer that's hard to believe. But because I love these people, I believe.

Thanks.

My Next Big Event

Would you vote for this face? Haha

Cleo's 50 Most Eligible Party is happening on the 25th of May!

Now in general I wouldn't give a flying toss but because Raz is in it, you have to give some moral support la kan? Besides, I don't mind checking out them hot guys. Hehe.

So far, there are some uber hot ones and some uber ugly ones as well. I have to insult the photography director though for picking some of the ugliest photos for these men. Most of them look better in person. Of course some look worse in person too but then again nobody's perfect.

Anyways, I'm not going to say vote for Raz cos again, I'm going for the free booze (which I hope I'll get) and hot men but since he is the reason I might be able to get into the VIP section for the free booze I guess I have to say VOTE FOR BACHELOR NO. 48!!! hahahaha. GROSS!

Ciao!

May 13th - A Story To Remember

About a month ago when I was working in Kelab Sultan Sulaiman in Kg. Bharu, I had the opportunity to mingle with the old otai's (gangsters) of Kg Bharu. Well, I'm sure they're still quite otai today but many would say these are old timers who no longer practice hardcore otainess like they would have used to back in the day.

I was minding my own business doing my endless amount of photocopying on this old school copier and this short bald man in glasses started to talk to me. It was small talk at first and then when I told him my interest in politics and that I was currently reading the May 13th story he was very impressed, and excited because he was one of those malays who witnessed what & how exactly it all happened in Kg. Bharu. And today, I'd like to share it with all of you.

If we try to look for information on the May 13th tragedy today it would be pretty hard to find. This is due to the fact that the govt. had decided its best that we don't know about it. Even during the time that it happened, people knew that there were dead chinese and malay people but many didn't know how many exactly died and what exactly happened or even why.

For most Malaysians who studied in govt. school, If you look back into your history high school textbook, you would get a glimpse of the whole tragedy but you don't really know the true hardcore story. Believe me, when this dude told me what happened, I was pretty shocked.

May 11th 1969

The situation was tense in KL as the 1969 elections showed a major loss of seats in the parliament for the Alliance Party. As the opposition party celebrated, there were banners of insults like "Melayu Sudah Jatuh" and "Melayu Boleh Balik" being brought around the Kg. Bharu area which evidently taunted the Malays even though in actuallity Kg. Bharu did manage to secure one of the seats for the Alliance Party in the Parliament.

May 12th 1969

So they (the Malays of Kg. Bharu) decided that they too should celebrate their victory. They first went to an UMNO old timer veteran's place to see what his take on the whole insult situation was and whether they should have their own celebration/retaliation. The veteran said no, as he was scared of the situation that was to come. And then they headed to the Menteri Besar's house Dato' Harun Idris. And he was the one who gave the green light by allowing them to do a celebration probably without realizing what exactly was about to happen next. That night the air whispered all over peninsular Malaysia telling the out of KL Malays to come down for a battle.

The chinese weren't aware of this. They did it in hush tones. I guess at that time the technology was not hardcore enough to detect shit like this.

May 13th 1969

Kg. Bharu was filled with people. LOTS OF PEOPLE. They gathered in front of Dato' Harun's house waiting for orders. Malays from all over peninsular came in warrior clothes in all colors (according to their state color) armed with keris and parang and all the Malay traditional weapons including (apparently according to this dude) makhluk halus aka orang bunyan to help protect them from the dangers that were about to come. The gangsters of Kg. Bharu for the 1st time, united to fight for this very dark day. There were no guns involved because Malays couldn't afford any.

And so all hell broke loose. He didn't explain to me how exactly it all broke loose but the next thing that happened was definitely not the Sunday school version I had been reading in my history textbook.

Apparently rows of chinese houses were burnt on Jalan Sultan Ismail, Chow Kit got attacked and many Chinese people were killed. I can't remember where else they started fires, but apparently KL was literally on fire at the areas where they knew was heavily populated with chinese people. And because the chinese were caught by suprise, the amount of chinese people that died were not as many as the malays. He estimates that for every Malay that died 10 chinese people did. I was like, FUCK. Thats hardcore.

After May 13th...

By the time the Chinese people were gathering themselves to fight back the Army and Police had taken over. There were curfews and thats when they (the government) formed the MAGELAN which was supposed to figure out what the fuck went wrong.

Apparently what went wrong with this whole racial retaliation thing had to do with many factors but apparently the govt believed oh so very much that it had to do with the large economical gap that was going on between the Chinese and the Malays which caused the most unhappiness in the Malay community. The chinese seemed to conqeur the city whereas the Malays in the villages.

So thats when Tun Abdul Razak formed a new economical plan which changed the whole economical way of life the Malays used to lead back in the day.

Soon after Tunku Abdul Rahman resigned from office and gave way to Tun Razak to become Prime Minister.

In a way, I feel sorry for Tunku Abdul Rahman. His last days of office were really probably the saddest. I mean, Tun Dr. Mahathir had been banging on his weakness and the way everything seemed to be taken lightly by him. They somewhat blaimed him for the major lost of seats during the 1969 elections. His "Tak pa lah" attitude frustrated Tun Dr Mahathir and secretly many others. But many remember and respect him for he brought us to Independence. Hey, nobody's perfect right?

Anyways, the May 13th story really is one of the most important histories that has happened in Malaysia. As a kid I did always question what the hell is bumiputera and why we Malays got better privelleges than those who were none malays. Heck I shouldn't even actually say I'm pure Malay but somehow, I am.

So let me just say this to all the non malays out there, I am so proud of you and I apologize on behalf of the malays for what had happened in the past. I truly respect you guys for having to put up with all that crap and if there's anything I can do to help in the near future, I will.

And now to the Malays, guys, the government gave us so many economical opportunities. Treat it well and don't ever act like you own the damn country because honestly if it wasn't for what happened on that day most of you might still be stuck in the paddy fields cause as we all know, most (not all) malays are fucking lalangs. Yeah you are and you know it. That doesn't mean you can't change right? Another thing, respect the other races you lucky bastards!

I know racism is something that is not easily prevented especially in a multi racial country like ours. But let's keep tolerating each other shall we because tolerance is one of the keys to peace.

The End.

My England Is So The Powderful

It is so amazing how having good command in the English language automatically increases the chance for one to get the job that they desire.

It's like, you come in for an interview and you speak like you came out of a Beverly Hills 90210 show and you still get a job. Must be the accent or perhaps, just lucky me.

But I must say, if it wasn't for you Raelene, I wouldn't know about this job. And if you didn't sell me to them like you did I'm sure I wouldn't be sitting in this office. You must have told them with your powderful england how powderful my england was. And I am thankful.

Thanks and Laff You! hehe. :)
